Pros: 1.Stable job 2. MNC culture 3. Great team and supportive colleagues. 4. Work on latest .Net technologies like .net core. 5. Great support during Covid and management is open but depends on portfolio since it's a vast organisation.

...other options available 3.11-8:30 pm shift takes a toll on Work life balance 4. Compensation is like poor like service based companies although they project like they are world leader.

...ended organization for someone who wants growth, be it in terms of skill or pay. The worst part at UHG is their variable pay, you may give your 100% and still you won't get good or even average amount of your variable pay. P.S. : Variable Pay here is a huge component of your CTC. Recommended only if you are happy with less pay (Do not waste you time in making extra efforts there), cause in terms of work life balance they are great

Job security and strong management support is best in this company they will do there best to help you. Others things related to work depends on project and team.

Dislikes

Market compensation for tier3 graduates is very low here just little higher than Infosys. And we all know a Tier 1 or tier is making 4-5 times than us doing the same work in same company.

Initial salary will be good, perks like free meal....and flexible working hours...no tension maintaining minimum time in office

Hikes and promotions are less. Hike will be around 10-15 percent max for good performance.. for average it will be in single digit.

1. Hybrid working model with 10days WFO per month. 2. Good skill growth and development work available.

Dislikes

1. No salary hike and variable pay since last 3yrs, if you get average rating. This is shocking as these things happen in service based companies mostly. 2. Canteen food is unhealthy and expensive. 3. NP of 90days is a setback for looking at outside opportunities.
