Hikes and promotions are less. Hike will be around 10-15 percent max for good performance.. for average it will be in single digit.

Good pay and less challenging office work , better if you are planing for distance studies

To much managers than workers. Managers tend to get teight competition from higher management they tend to put all presure to the bottom employees its more like half cooked projects and mostly dont golive.

The culture is degrading year by year. And salary hike and bonus also not good. Promotion benefits also very less. Boring culture. Not much activities from team side. Not much outings or gatherings.

...work life balance. Assign 12 hour work in a day and showing on really 6 hour. As salary wise this is very good. Salary Credit end of month. Learning perspective you have to self learn no body help for growing future. You have to work as mixed technologies like .net and java, jquery, JavaScript

Senior member says you have to do extra work on Saturday Sunday also.

job security, work culture, management and company policy are all good. Management is supportive

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but slow growth. Also it lacks innovation. Teammates are not cooperative sometimes.
