Employee centric company, with good benefits and compensation for employees, the learning curve is average, product based but work culture and working way is of service based

Dislikes

Too much politics by leadership, no promotion, no good hike , no recognition or award , people staying in the company for 15- 16 years are major decision takers , very bad learning curve , repetitive work , employees getting burnt out , proper service based culture or call center based
