1. Excessive work place politics. 2. Promotion, variable pay etc are totally at supervisor's mercy. Many employees are not getting 1% of variable pay in CTC, which is a major part of their CTC structure. 3. Any unethical practice by supervisors are not questioned.

There are a huge number of opportunities and ways to learn any thing you want. Pay will be good.

Dislikes

...e good manager and enthusiasm to learn then this company is right place to work. Transport and parking for vehicle will be worst thing and most of the people paying 2000 bucks for wrong place parking.

... that I joined Optum. It has the best infrastructure and job security is 10000%. Salary always on time. Management is too lenient and the best part is that I have never felt this much leverage and freedom in any other company. Optum is indeed a great place to work. they provide both sided cabs as well. I have literally no complaints. everything including HR, and senior staff has been very helpful.

Most projects has good work life balance unless your in production support. Less layoffs compared to other companies

Less pay and hikes compared to other product based companies . 20% variables which will be paid based on company and your performance . Less technical growth .

Dislikes

1. Very slow growth and promotions. 2. Lot of politics at senior levels. 3. Work from office is mandatory for 10 days. 4. Not very good projects to work on.
