Don't know about AR caller and RCM process especially non voice processes are worst at all segments like salary, learnings, culture, process related knowledge etc, I agree all corporate companies have there own politics goes inside but Optum Hyd will be 1st in it and higher management like managers and DM's are really good at back stabbing and they teaches you how to become lazy without any development in life and career

They are not hiring B.tech people even not allowing for interview. I am trying through contract from 1 year onwards but no use

...owth in terms of learning is little slow as compared to other similar companies. And the pay is less. But if you want to be in a positive firm without a stressful life, then this is the one!

The only thing I hate about this company was it's salary structure, Beaware what they said they will pay and what they are actually paying is quite difference. They basically cut your salary to pay you incentives. If they promise you that you will get 25k as in-hand they will actually pay you 23k and dedication of 2k in the name of flex salary which was paid to u at the time of incentive, but remember if you don't perform well then that amount will be forfeited

...or that day. Managers and gtl are in handingloves with each other for this scam. No promotion, no growth at all like 2 year experienced coder get the same salary as newly joined trainee fresher. Incentive model is also very bad. 2 year experienced coder get 16k salary which is way below to the market pay. If your giving your 8-9 hr for something and in return you are getting unpaid, this is nothing but new age slavery. Note: This is not an core optum like hyderabad or Bangalore location, it's an episource a optum business. So here we they don't have same payscales.
