Loads can be say about Optisol. No proper work culture.Very poor pay .Not considering employees welfare.Need to stretch work as they like.No proper team coordination.One of the director is to worst .He never listen other words.He has pampered employee who listen there words

The company is an excellent choice for starting your career. We can directly interact with directors which is a good opportunity to showcase your talent and vision. The learning opportunity depends on the project you undertake.

Dislikes

If you are a good performer, you will be given a fair salary. If you are a performer, then your compensation will not be satisfying you. There are few projects where you will learn nothing from it.

Previously, the company used to prioritized employee well-being and fostered transperency between clients and staff. however, following the merger of Business Units and the subsequent organizational restructuring last year, everything underwent significant transformation.

Dislikes

1) Higher management have lack of clarity towards the goals of respective Business Units. 2) Worst behaviour towards the employees, usage of inappropriate words from the management. 3) Lack of appriciation towards the outcomes unless and until if its related to billing or finance or profits. 4) Consistenly (every couple of days) making the change in Learning paths based on the Leads that we get. 5) Blaming the resources if any thing planned fails and never hesitate to take credits for management in all the public fourms

Organizational Goals and achievements were very huge and work culture is good.

Dislikes

Earlier every thing seemed good until testing was active and as a service under individual BA's . But after bringing it as a part of project it lacked its priority, it's just an addon support given to clients on paper.
