I worked here around 3.4years( 2015 aug-2018 nov). Served 2 months notice period. As of now we haven’t received the final settlement. 2 years of my patience got bursted out. I can’t wait anymore. PF also not added properly. Navin Malik (MD), RadhaKrishna(Hr Manager) both haven’t responding to my mails. Almost every week I will send an email.

One of the wrost organization to work. PF cut from salary but Navin Malik won't pay to PF account and he eats it. And when in notice period for two months Navin Malik won't pay a single rupee and make you work 10-12 hours a day. Navin say he'll pay after notice and then he'll block the call and wont respond to the emails. ALL & ALL the 5 star reviews are fake!!! They were FORCIBLY written by Navin malik. Mass firing happen all the time and when firing you Navin wont say he doesn't have money and that's why he is firing but say that we are incapable and weak performers and that's why he is firing. He fired me and may other employees saying we are incapable performers. So the question why is he hiring all the incapable performers in first place? Navin will take all your certificates and two lakhs cheque. YOU CANNOT LEAVE BUT HE CAN FIRE YOU ANYTIME HE WANTS. Company and Navin has NO Ethics. There are no projects in the company and Navin hires just for time pass and then fires them. And when you are fired Navin will make you sign a Bond that you will not write negative reviews about company. And not just employees but Navin also scams Clients. All sweet words till he gets a Client and once the Client pays that's it, done, he wont care about the project and make sure to destroy it so the client pays more money to fix what destroyed. As other reviews pointed out numerous cases have been filed on Navin for not paying PF and not giving back the certificates and demanding the employee to pay 2 lakhs. Once you join you always have to be worried when you'll be fired and Navin will treat you like a slave blackmailing that he will replace you. It is a huge mental stress worrying about getting replaced and fired. DO NOT JOIN!! After reading this review and other GENUINE reviews if you still decided to join this organization, all the best.

... manage to pay. By the 3rd month we all know about the company but its too late.by the 4th month, you know you won't get the salary but still try to do your best. And boom by the end of the month, they fire you without giving your 2 months salary. They deduct PF, double the PF amount but never pay the PF amount. I have even filed a case against them but they don't even bother. They have so many cases going on from the past and from the present too. They collect 2 - 3 Lakhs security cheque from the employees and later scare us that they will deposit the amount. For the developers, they collect same 2 - 3 lakhs with 10th, 12 and degree original certificates and don't return to them. After few months they fire you for no reason because they can't pay you and moreover collect that 2-3 lakhs from you as a penalty. Until and unless you pay them they dont return your certificates. Its not a company its a scam! Join at your own risk, because you will only waste your time and money. They don't pay the salary but collect money from you.

Friendly employees expect that nothing you will get even salaries on time also :D ... PF not paying from last 3 years ... F&F not clearing for any employees who relived form organization... Hikes definitely the worst..everything is worse in OM...better ignore this company

Everything NO salary hikes, NO PF, NO F&F, and Worst rules by Navin..which are worst than any organization and no biometric attendance..sincerely as a previous employee I am suggesting don't consider this as a company its buffalo farm
