Everything. They provide 1-2 persons for starting and executing the site . There have no admin , accountant, no procurement team . You are the all in one in site. Marketing, client handling, manpower arrangements everything are your responsibility ( Site engineer's responsibly ). No respect , no help from the management. They don't provide vendor's salary and vendor gives threads to Site Engineer. No work and life balance . No leave before 5 months. No Sunday . No weekends . No career growth.

Everything, They will surprise you Everytime when you think they won't degrade there level. They could terminate you without giving any reason. The could do anything to deduct your money and to save there skin.

There is no hierarchy....they have hired senior person but no exicutive or manager level person.... company goal is not clear to any one...they have 2 office and people are supporting to each other

Its a growing company and lot of new things learn here. A great place to work for employee who wants to grow in future and learning, lot of possibility for growth

some time late working hrs and pressure in deadline,
