They pay starting good salary. Then no improvement. It can be negative also.

All other things. Once put in client site they wont meet you at all. They will help when we ask any admin information like leave balance, HR team, submit proof, salary slip and all. But when you ask project related help the account manager wont help at all. They wont provide training. Expect us to pay by ourself. Manager wont connect me to any technical team. They keep on saying they have practice team, coe team and all. But no help come to employee. Once I reach someone in practice. They say I dont have enough experience asked me to learn and come back something in testing then ask the question again to them. For this I will study all this myself. Why I need company support for this. My project getting over in September. The company given me notice to exit already. Searching for better job now.

They dont ask to client about work, They give any rating they want randomly. Client said clearly I am best in team from the company. But they put average rating and almost zero hike. I cannot buy even one way petrol for bike with the increment. The hike is not there at all. When asked they silence us saying some reason. Now my client budget not there after june month. I am given notice by the company to exit. Just like that. Ask me to resign and go. They say if I dont resign then they will give termination letter. Very bad. No project means they send out. Just few weeks back they said I am best and gave awards. Cant understand this. You cannot work long term here. shocking fully.

It used to be account wise operating company which was good. But of late has gotten bad with no one taking responsibility from management. Unable to get any response and always being turned to someone to get any update. But very matured body shopping organization. Good pay when you join. No questions on this.

... the company. It is not at all worth it. Not female/diversity friendly company. If you go on ML you get no rating no increment just bare minimum salary mandated by law.

...positive and comfortable environment. supportive managers and upper management. Salary comes on time and appraisals are good. I feel comfortable and secure in this job. I am very much satisfied with the work culture.

In this company they just keep you till billing is there. They gave me notice to leave next month. The same day client project is over they will throw out. I asked for just 2 more months time. They are rude and say they wont provide experience letter if I fight for my date. I dont have choice now.
