Very poor management Before interview they'll ask for a presentation, they'll understand your plan and execute that from their existing team. HR will Give you fake promises for hiring but never give you an offer letter. Don't fall in their trap for presentation.

Head of OSL is very friendly and of helping nature. We get to learn many thing if we are willing to learn.

Because of some employees the company environment is not that good and work life balance is also not manageable because of extreme work pressure because of less team work and working alone.

Job security was good, untill Covid hit, but now laying off people as business is down. Work culture is fair, but management only values the managers and not lower level executives, company policies so far okiesh.

Management does not care about your portfolio and your expertise. They allot any random work which is out of ones expertise and don't provide guidance on the queries asked, instead I was being criticised for not doing work sincerely and insulted.

Company has 4 department and 3 department's manager such as Lab view, IOT, and Embedded are very supportive and kind behaviour.

Forth department's mmanager DTMA manager kapil Galwani is worst manaager which i had seen in my life.

They dont have project and they will hire us. With out prior information they will send us a email like today is your last working day. If you question them then the legal team will enter and say that if you want job do marketing for this company and get some projects and then we need to work on this waste of time dont even try to think to join this company and last point it is not software company it is a US Counseltency call center
