Teammates are also good and supportive and salary and appraisal are on time and as per the expectation it will received, and talk about the learning they always encourage us to learn to latest technology in the market and they will arrange training session with experts.

The projects on which I worked gave me a lot of knowledge about the technology as well as the project which was not related to the computer field. Seniors are always helpful.

Compensation is good but growth is slow. The company is still working on old age technologies whereas the latest versions of similar technology are running in the industry. Sometimes work pressure can be high.

Worst experience ever. We didn't get salary from 1 years, management having lots of excuses. No salary hike, no appraisal in past 2 years. Finally I leave the job.

Human resource management not effective in Optimize IT, Kolkata. Hire and fire policy practiced silently with no prior warning given to the resource. Even for top performing resource, any fine day HR just calls in her office and asks the resource to quit. Several such shocking experiences witnessed for few top potential resources in OIT.
