5 days working. Salary on time. No tension for leaves. Colleague are supportive.

Dislikes

No career growth. Manager is illiterate. Manager don't know about process he only knows how to extract work from employee. All the works assigned after 4 pm and u are bound to finish it by end of the day. No idea about what type work we are doing for client. Less knowledge on product. No talking sense with employee. Company have 5 days working culture but he knowingly call the employees to extract extra work and in this management is blind. If you are good at buttering thn only you survive

the managment, md, manager, hr all are absolute stingy. out of all team leaders only one is good in team lead as well as do care about its team member; his name starts from the letter 'k' and ends with 'k'.

Dislikes

they destroy there own employees peace, health, career and time. the are so stingy that if an empoyee wants to take there 3 cup of tea or coffee they deny them most of them times.

Nothing good about the company they harsing there employees physical mentally and financially even though when you complete your work they still cut your money and they also promotion person who involved with them not the person who work. With . But that fine they will get there karma one day wait for tha day . Ram ram

they didn’t supported at all in lockdown and even there are illiterate peoples working out there and even there are no opportunities to grow up in career

there is a very bad environment in this company. Everyone plays dirty politics in this company all are ready to get higher post by the support of lie and deception. Also it not safe for girls , seniors of this company always trying to misbehave with junior girls. to be honest it a very bad place to start your career.
