There is nothing to like about this small company.

...pany's boss: An aged woman who likes to be pampered, high on ego all the time! Salary: Most of the employees are paid below the market standards. They are so old-fashioned that they still issue salary cheques, requiring you to unnecessarily visit your bank to deposit the pay cheque every month. Working hours: People are expected to overwork or at least spend extra hours in the office, doesn't matter whether they work or not. Recommendation: Steer clear of working with them. Choose them only if you have no choice. Leave them based on your gut feeling, before being humiliated in being asked to leave for no reason. They might cause you troubles for no visible reasons to torture you into leaving the company when they don't find you a good servant, as is their expection.

I am based out of Jharkhand and I had to leave the company in the mid of March due to covid because it directly effect out company's revenue. After 2 months I was hired by the same company as a freelancer and I am quite happy that they trusted me and offered me this opportunity.

Dislikes

To be very frank, I don't find any negative while working at OptiMICE Events, so there will be no dislike from my side.
