Honestly there is 0(zero) job security in the organisation due to some poor decisions makers in upper management, So you could be asked to leave at any given point of time point blank The ideology of optimar's upper management i.e the CEO and the director is if someone or something is not working for that instance of time remove it or replace it , they do not care about the employees , their well being , or thier mental wellness they just care about their lame expansion model When it comes to HR as in human resources you cannot get any kind of support from the human resource cause they are a tool to fire employees by the upper management I was in the sales team, and to give you a background about me I got around 5 years of experience into the IT sector doing business development the worst thing that I felt at optimar was that new ideas are not appreciated or taken into consideration over here so they just want the lame process to be stretched again and again that's why I think that they cannot grow in life

You will get exposure with good amount of technical thing's related to estimation.

Really toxic and demotivating work environment and culture. Harsh behaviour with high expectations. Too much unprofessional behaviour from upper management. Don't expect thing called Work Life Balance.
