Considering the employee strength is small, on-job training is not provided though the seniors do guide you as and when needed. Career growth from a point of view of promotion is slow since the roles are assigned majorly based on number of years of experience while skillset is secondary.

Company listens to the employees concerns and important part is it understands and addresses them. Management is very friendly and always like to create harmony between co workers and clients.

company lacks good project managers. There are good technical resources but projects managers are not very efficient in managing and delegating tasks.
