...ecause of their false committments and frequent changes in faces in the field. Directors use employee's contact in the market then they stop salary expenses and ensure that people leave in 6 months. I have not been paid salary of November and even expenses from October onwards..

Well i would like to tell that the working environment is excellent and the staff's were very supportive and well mannered. Also boss were very familiar to their employee.

Nothing was wrong with the company and i doesn't dislike anything.

Only thing good in the organisation is the staff which is very cooperative.

Dislikes

The office environment is terrible with the MD always screaming on the top of his voice and using abusive language. No respect for women and highly discriminative management. Family fighting among themselves and using employee as an instrument. No work according to the job profile of individual, only exploitation is the key. Pathetic unprofessional place.
