Not Given Salary Expenses TO FIELD FORCE. MD Rajesh Aggarwal is mad he want field force work his company by charity, month after month work but no Salary no Expense. Rohit Agarwal another MD son of Rajesh Aggarwal no experience in marketing. Amit Vyas HR is layer cheater shameless no marketing experience. Optho Pharma totally fraud company. Amit Vyas not received phone, not response field force mail. Official stuff's behaviour is very ugly.

What to say,,, 9th april to 15 june no salary,,,,, 15th june to oct 18 to20. K no expense, medical rep got 10k from june no expense, it was painful. Priod for us We work with 10k without expense ,,, my self worked for optho pharma again 20k pet month without expense, but sudenly , we have got a wind up msg,,, when company expense was 70k pm and we were sending 3laks payments pm,,,, During covid ,,, out director became quiter

Because every month you have to ask for salary not less than 15 times for expense not less than 30 times, no office stuff check mail, just they will blem not sent feedback,,,, Our beloved director never lisent any body only he will tell by phone by hypersonis speed and. Cut and nobody will check mail,,,, after some day office Stuff behave with you like a dictetor, After each 2 month office stuff will change and theywill ask dr list,dob, dom, Of dr,,,,, Most of good staff. Left and recently Optho pharma appointed some dunky as sales manager,,,,,,,, Till 28th all stuff is goood but just after 2 day when salary times comes ,,, xyx not working ,,, so salary held,,,,,,, They need Rcpa report but wich product or wich coposition you have to do Rcpa they never know nither will tell, There is no value of honesty and loyality in optho pharma just you have to buttering whole,, day to Our respected Director Mr, Rajesh agarwal, Its was good even after sepration from optho remedies but one new sales manager( office stuff) joined and destroy the organization,,,,, lastly i will say better you sale lemonwatter at foot path rathar than join as zsm in optho pharma, and if dedicated to join as zsm in optho pharma than before you join you choose you dr of future, because within 6 month you will became mentaly sick
