Overall as an Optel organization they have rich policies benefiting the employees and have tried to maintain international standard that is restricted to the management and hand picked people.

Dislikes

CEO/MD (APAC Region) / VP, thinks he is the successor of Elon Musk who is on a mission to save the world with his unrealistic and delusional thoughts. Always flaunting himself on social platform with his lame experiences, if the same amount of time and energy was utilized for generating the sales for the company, he could have made the optimum use of the trust endowed by the Goa Govt. They have completely failed to generate secured employment.This was eventually expected as it was run by a Gujurati who has always taken decisions in the favor only for his people. The HR is one of the tamed dog of the CEO / MD (APAC Region) / VP and he is a disgrace to the HR Profession and traitor to the Goans.

Nothing they unnecessary spend too much money on useless stuff instead of thinking of the future of the employees.

Dislikes

Everything they are the most useless company to work for . Unless you are desperate for money you can join there. You will learn nothing and the Managers HR and sales are so useless they are only good at a blame game. They don't value you for the work you do you are just a number to them. There is no job security seen. You can be let off at any moment with no reason.
