None of the good things about this company can compensate for the terrible work culture it has.

... HR to help as they are mere spectators and the policies are only for the paper. Do not ruin your mental peace over the peanuts they offer in the name of salary and exposure. Also you will always find a vacancy for junior roles here since people keep leaving on a regular basis.

Pros: Work work work ...There is clueless ,endless and view-less work will be forced to you to do that even you are not allowed to have a tea break before lunch. Your will never get fat because they won't give you proper time and environment to eat. You will learn about 3rd class politics which is played by company boss and hemal oza.

Dislikes

Cons: Every coin has two sides if there are some pros then some cons can also may exhibit. The company is led by one man army hemal oza the electrical head. who is every thing in this company. If he says this is night then you have to admit that this is night . He treats everyone like a labour which can can not leave the company premise either before last bell rings or without his permission. He plays very good politics. This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. egoistic Management. Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit. You will get mentally disturbed in this environment.

Please ask the CEO of OpTech to make herself eligible to identify good people in life without keeping anyone in the middle, but using her OWN BONE to punish the wrong people whenever RANGARAJAN RAGHUNATHAN peeks his nose into the CEO of OpTech and her business. Ms. RoniaKruse spoiled my Lenovo laptop without showing any professionalism to me unnecessarily.

Overall great learning experience

One can learn many things as this is not very large scale company, there is no restriction to explore multiple responsibilities. However, work life balance is not great due to no limitation to working time.
