It was nice working at Opportune Technologies the work environment was positive and encouraging , kind collegues and very helpful. Made me feel at home in every situation what so ever. I learned many things regarding my work ,excel and the ways to reach out to people to get information.

The most important part of the job is the Vibrant culture secondly i have increase my knowledge, skills and talent just because, Flavour of induction was done properly also training on HRMS is given and seniors hand holding me to guide at each step, because of these i was independent in 3 months to go out for sales by myself and additional responsibility were also shared so this is the best reason that i am working here with good confidence.

Company is really good for self motivated employees, Great work culture WFH and Saturday's holiday balances your work life. Management is well reachable and active, very supportive work environment but may be difficult for new joiner because most of employees are WFH

in Sales employees are very supportive but due to WFH they may not reachable sometime, No cafeteria

Worst company culture..they treat employees as MAJDUR...No respect for employees at all...HR AND director himself will harass you when u will in notice period...They dont have any policy they make policies immediately to trap you in the name of policy... appraisal in chiller...u cant beleive a guy working 5 years there and he got appraisal of 1500 rs... my suggestion is dont join if u have more then 1 year experience
