When i resign my job and i work 22days and this company not pay my 22 days salary ☹️ And i ask my TL he sed ASM and HR hold your salay i don't no why

Here i felt good job security well experience with our team and team work is awesome.... Here is well placed to earn money and also very well learning place and company policies are good

Salary is decent and career gowth is very slow and management doesn't addressing hard workers, salary hike is not done till now and we want good fixed salry

This place doesn't have the good work culture. If we please the superiors you can be a good employee there. Otherwise u are screwed. You have to do their works too.. The floor manager, Hanna, biggest dumb, is the first worst part. And here comes the Team Leader Rishab, another trouble maker. And for that behaviour he is suffering now. And one more is their , Pavitra, Quality Analyst, which is of no use. No proper education, No language skills, Nothing. Only good in doing Pooja in the office and good in buttering the Manager . It's like a Mini OYO.
