Unable you to enhance your career because of the worst production team and seniors and HR policy is only for the name. No job security how long you are working in company and no transparency in any case.

...y completed a good time. I learned about company policies rules and regulations. Company provides his employees good salary and appraisal. Chinese head always taught new techniques of work environment.

Here some problems between senior and junior level. I always did my best. But senior got it's credit. But failures time stand me on management front.

Little bit high salary then other but if you think deeply then you will found that this salary is too low as compare to your afford.

Nothing of this company is in favor of the production department... At starting day of this company every things was good but now these day after the indian management started to handle the company every thing going to wrost day by day.. 1.food quality going down day by day. 2.11.5 hours you have to work but pay only for 11 hour. 3.13 hours you have to spend on floor and appx. 1.5 hours journey. 4.Appx.15 hour job you can not save some to spend even talk with your family. 5.Job security zero.. One mistake he may be fire you. 6.You have to suffer more than 15 day in month abusive language. 7.You may get mentally harassed.

Poor work life balance. Salary deducted even after taking leaves. Lacks in job security and satisfaction depts.

Structure of the organisation is not so employee friendly. Almost everything is governed by HQ (OPPO China Office). And it seems India management tries to negotiate with HQ quite often but they fails almost every time (or they just shows that they are trying). Which overall makes the company policies poor for employees as well as makes management weak if not poor.

Dislikes

...taining the code, not on any feature/core development because there are none. Initial salary + bonuses offered are good, but expect increment to be low. A lot of politics comes into play while work and bonus distributions so if you're good with politics, good for you. But if you're not, someone else is for sure will eat your piece of pie. About work-life balance and learning, as said most of the work is code maintenance so you will need to compromise (strongly) on both. Also other perks are very less compared to competitive organisations.
