Oppo uper department is very bad. Not help any lower department Employee and employers any issues issue like salary and any queries of employees but not reply hr department etc but not solve at the time.

Internal politics. If you want to grow within this company then you need to be good in buttering your boss. Only few employees are hardworking but hard work does't mean anything in this company. HR department also don't listen the employees voice.
