No appreciation for good work done, zero growth opportunity, you become like a furniture while working in organization. Awesome in terms of monetary factor. politics is everywhere. no holidays, hr is very weak. Work-life balance is very poor.

For 3years i was got salary increase of only 1000 inr and how much you do hard work that's is waste at finally they will tell good job that's it if we ask for salary increament our branch manager was telling there is nothing in this hand that company has to do but company has given all the right to make the benefits to emplll...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
