There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Bus services is stop now on long route so many employees face many problems.

Salary is good, Incentives is the only part of earning Self learning Basic Core marketing & sales work, it's good company for freshers to learn & work but not more than 2 years.

Dislikes

Management is very poor, no integrity in several departments, no appraisals, low basic salary, no supports from company on Market issues & also to increase increaments, no such satisfying policy for employees About health insurance. Low variables, company payroll is third party so have much more issues while taking loans. No motivation for employees.

No salary increament i am 8years experienced but my salary is 15k this is not good this company is only for persent not good for future

... job security as without reason anybody could be placed notice for relaxation. No travel allowance, no salary increments after years of working.

there is No any growth in carrer . not have any support by Dealers .Oppo Compnie also reduced employe salary .you cant think about prmotion .you will have to face many types of issues .like dealer not selling , target pressure, low salary
