Salary is good, Incentives is the only part of earning Self learning Basic Core marketing & sales work, it's good company for freshers to learn & work but not more than 2 years.

Dislikes

Management is very poor, no integrity in several departments, no appraisals, low basic salary, no supports from company on Market issues & also to increase increaments, no such satisfying policy for employees About health insurance. Low variables, company payroll is third party so have much more issues while taking loans. No motivation for employees.

Salary create area is very poor. Target base Salary and Some month are Target not completely So many Reasons to target not achieve and salary deduction so this part is improving and my personal Experience i have Received 2 month only 1600-1500 this not Satisfied Amount because Every employee Emi ( home loan, Study loan ) etc salary create area is not comfortable.... Pls Improvement... Thank you So Much Oppo Family..

Sales and communication skills improve because company not provide proper solution so many time handle own experience knowledge and satisfied dealers.

Company given a good designation but TA, DA, and very low salary package, company management level is 0 because not given a solution and information correct time so many deal not creck on time.

there is No any growth in carrer . not have any support by Dealers .Oppo Compnie also reduced employe salary .you cant think about prmotion .you will have to face many types of issues .like dealer not selling , target pressure, low salary

I dislike salary structure... Hare is fix salary is very low only 14k Lots of sale pressure... No growth... No no promotion No salary increment No paid leaves No no festival leaves... HR not communicate
