I was a former employee of Openxcell, and my experience with the company was disappointing. The work culture was not conducive to growth, and there was a lack of job security. Employees were laid off without prior notice, and despite having a two-month official notice period, they were only paid for one month. Additionally, appraisals were disheartening and offered minimal increments, which negatively impacted employee morale and self-esteem. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.

... can openly share your idea with higher authorities. Work life balance is good. Salary on time, in my journey with this company sometimes I get early salary but never delayed.

Dislikes

Lake of hardware resources. As a QA you will need different hardware resources like types of mobile phones, types of displays to test which are very less amount of here. Account department very hard to communicate. No replies and rude response if you go with some queries related to your tax deduction or something.(Although they can improve it) Lighter note: only one time tea and that too limited to one cup only😅

Oh where do i even begin with our TA Manager? It's almost like they have attended a workshop titled "How to Excel in HR: the art of confusing everyone". I must say , their performance is truly a sight to behold if you are into the whole baffled spectator thing. And the way they handle conflicts? It's like watching a Shakespeare drama unfold. They have a talent for turning simplest disagreement into epic saga of misunderstanding and interpretation. Let's not forget their uncanny ability to make everyone feel like state of their own reality show. I mean, who needs privacy when you have TA manager who broadcasts your personal matters to entire office? It's like having your own personal paparazzi, but instead of flashing cameras It's blinding emails of messages. Now let's talk about their attention to detail or lack thereof. They are like detective from a B movie who can't seems to solve the case ehen the culprit is wearing neon sign that says "I did it". Misspelled names,incorrect dates, wrong departments- it's like a treasure hunt to find the actual truth buried under the rubble of their mistakes. So Dear TA Manager, thank you for your daily dose of bewilderment and entertainment. Your unique approach to HR Management has left an incredible mark on all of us. Your legacy will be remembered in the annals of office lore.

It's an employee driven company. OpenXcell Technolabs provides chances to its employees to upscale their skillsets and invests a lot in young candidates. It appreciates young ideas and never hesitates to take a risk whenever it comes to assigning a project to a lesser experienced candidate or starting up an entire product division from scratch.

Dislikes

There is nothing in specific to dislike about a company like this. With an on-time salary, and a platform for an individual to upscale, OpenXcell holds an amazing reputation in the industry.
