No value for employees' life, or his dependents who rely on the salary of the employee, just bossy team managers, and selfish, long-stayed-in-one-place managers. They prioritize their own self-interest and job security, than teams growth or company growth. Such kind of foolish and micromanaging managers, with maximum insecurity. Being in the same company and same role for 15+ years narrowed their thinking, less receptive to external changes or industry trends. Self-centric behavior can manifest in low empathy. Spotlight their own achievements and downplay the others/team's contributions. This is your team and this is your culture...OpenText.

...development or employees they can offer you good amount but what happen if they fire you on next 3 months no salary hike or bonus for last two years

Work life balance is good, Management doesn't do micro management.

Dislikes

Salary and perks is very less compared to any other company. Salary Hike is also very less every year. Cannot expect more than 15% at all.. Never heard of anyone getting more than 15% hike in this company.

... huge as Service companies. All new technologies related to enterprise products. Bonus and hike are great.

Dislikes

Organizational principle is still based on old principles to record and follow the process. Yearly appraisal process is very slow and has a legacy policy.

Good benefits, food and cab facility Office is nice and people are really good with their field of expertise

Dislikes

Experienced people hardly get time for knowledge transfer Salary and promotion are not upto the standards
