I like how they cleverly make their employees work with a small package.

Dislikes

They make verbal promises like verbally saying you have finished your probation period and now you are our full time employee. This will happen mostly when you go to ask for a raise. They will give you a position of a fresher for INT 15000 or 20000 and force you to cover heavy projects and make you work for 5 7 extra hours without paying anything for those hours
