Everything. Don’t believe on their salary structure. Variable pay thats the biggest fraud they are doing. Even if you perform well they will not give variable pay. Worst management. Zero support from Hr team.

Since I have joined I have only seen people leaving. There is no work life balance. No work culture at all. they treat employees like anything . I saw the negative reviews before joining but still I joined and I regret my decision. people leave the company on 2nd day or within a month. in a months around 30-40 people have left.

Forced to endure a grilling 13 hour shift, then ordered to prepare and submit reports at 11pm. Asked to work while on vacation. The workplace culture is toxic, with no respect or work ethics. Employees are pressurised to neglect urgent family matters to meet unrealistic work demands. The HR department is dreadful, with delays in salaries and F&Fs, employees are humiliated by having to beg for their hard earned salary release which is stuck for months because the investors refused to invest. HR team is not employee friendly only founder friendly. False promises on appraisals. A constant threat of being fired / having to fire employees who dares to stand up for whats right. From all the years of work experience across multiple start ups, this has been the absolute worst.
