CEO will give us full of accountability, that makes us strengthen I was joined as a Intern with the salary of Just Rs.3,500 but now within 2 years I have transformed myself as a Manager. It is only because of giving the ownership. Once you got any project, you should take care of everything and that helps us to develop multi skills. In the beginning of my job, I thought how should I make it, but later on that as per the tips provided by CEO regarding do's and don'ts I have been transforming my self Sir told us every time that to learn Swimming once should swim and there won't be any help on theoretical learning. It was motivated me a lot and infact because of the same guidance by him, there are hundreds are transformed as digital marketing experts

... late than month. If we ask salary it is crime. Like bank 2 and 4 Saturday off All positive reviews are by employees because boss will give task leave two review today they give or again salary delay

No HR policy They have work policy but no salary policy No payslip for me after working for 1 year No accountability He will take money from client and after that he won't respond and employees have to bear all ruckus If we say salary hold. This company doesn't pay salaries on time and the initial salary is also very less. After resignation they won't even pay the pending salary.
