Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Great people attract great people.we have been asked for an opinion on regular basis, we are allowed to speak our mind without fear.Every day is different and I get to interact with such a varied groups. Which means I'm always learning..I love that my job challenges every day in different ways.I have the freedom to experiment and fail,and still support my actions.

While I really enjoyed working at Opel Constructions, unfortunately it offered few opportunities for growth and development. I volunteered for multiple projects for other teams on my own time in order to grow my management abilities,but these were limited by the size of the company.I believe that i would have the opportunity to make greater use of my sales and marketing and Administration experience, and continue to define my skills.
