Starting as a Site Engineer, I've had the privilege of progressing to the position of Operations Head PAN India. This journey has been made possible by the unwavering support and encouragement of our management and my dedicated colleagues. While my experience at Oorjan has been overwhelmingly positive, like any workplace, there have been some challenges. However, these challenges have provided opportunities for growth and improvement. For instance, training & development, work life balance have been areas where we continually work to enhance our processes and communication. These moments have also allowed us to strengthen our teamwork and problem-solving skills. In the grand scheme of things, these minor dislikes are far outweighed by the numerous positives and the support of my colleagues and management.

I had the privilege of working at Oorjan Cleantech Private Limited as a Manager Technology for 1 year 8 months. My time at Oorjan was a transformative period of my carrier. Oorjan fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Collogues were always willing to help, and team work was genuinely encouraged. Oorjan invests in its employee's growth and value work life balance. Thank you ,Oorjan for Incredible journey. I will always cherish my time here and the valuable lesson i have learned.
