...l support in my growth. This was something i missed in my previous work culture. The salary structure was great. As the Company grew they made sure that the employees are given the sufficient raise every year. Bonus was showered on us every year. We were asked to work extra only when the work demanded. To conclude, Ooredoo Kuwait was a lovely place to work in and i recommend any candidate if approached. Thank you

Dislikes

What i disliked in Ooredoo Kuwait is we as expats were not send for any training outside. Only Kuwaitis were given the opportunity. Other than this, I did not or find anything negative about this place.

Self learning as there is no limitation while learning

No work life balance No proper leave planning Micro management No future career growth The existing resources who are staying their for longer are just continuing their for ages. Air quality very bad as the organisation head just smoke cigarettes in his cabin which creates multiple breathing issues.
