They don't interfere much with the client-employee dealings. They put the rules but abide by the client-employee relationship. One of the best hikes in the service industry.

Only work from home option is good thing

...ople in Autosar. 1.Strict office timing (9-6:30) which mean no flexibility. 2.Salary comes first working day of next month. 3.HR policy are worst. 4.Only EL they have which get credit by end of month. 5.No leave Encashment option. 6.No transprancy by hiring manager about work. 7. Work at client location. 8.No job security 9.You cannot ask any doubts/questions to HR. 10.Not a IT company as they started in mechanical area. 11When no project they can remove you without providing you salary for notice period.

If their client partnership is over... or project completed then asap they will throw their employees... minus % job security... to waste ur carrier u can join... I have worked for 2 + years... also u won't get leave encashment but they will mention in offer... many fake promises...

... reduce CTC..Mine went from 5.5LPA to 4LPA. Sadly took offer cuz I put paper. 2.now salary is not properly crediting ..I get 80% salary they say silly reason to for that not punched in and out. 3.HR are not going to support.this HRs they only take care of recruiting only.. 4. I worked on project .my product saved 16k$ for client got appreciation from mail. My client manager said you going get monitory benifits for this...but company gave 0 .also no appreciation mail from this people. 5.usually companies release new increment on MAY/JUNE....but in this company it's JULY..and it will start crediting 6.Usually service based company gives training.but this company given 0 training from past 1.5 year... Conclusion a ) if you fresher join b) if you got better opportunity.put paper immediately.( Abscond if less month worked .left to you) c) have multiple offer ?. Ignore this organisation.
