The company also plans product training and soft skills training to help us improve at our job. As far as seniors and the management is concerned, they are supportive and always willing to help in any situation. For me, the location is also a plus point as its easy to commute now that offices have opened up.

Nothing here but just one think here thet in this job company does not given us any training about new units and new updated features atleast about Inverter.

Employees are good, and you can make good friends and learn a lot from the seniors. You would get enough opportunities to take on challenging tasks even if you have just joined.

Company outings happen once in a while but beware, layoffs happen just after that. You can join this company but it is not good for the long term as they do not value their old employees. Tip: Always have some dependency on yourself so they cannot fire you.
