OCCPL has very suitable work environment. My teammates were extremely helpful & seniors were with very friendly attitude. Good work-life balance were maintained. Good platform for freshers.

Dislikes

Technically not very sound. A lot of employees (even technical managers) are old enough to be technically updated, but they have a huge control over company systems. Career Growth & Salary Structure is very poor. At the site level OCCPL does not operate systematically. This company show a little bit biased attitude for a particular region in India.

Thear is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career groth is slow

Good for freshers, it's a job opening for the graduates who are searching to gain experience.

A company mainly focused on profit than work quality is a bit disappointing, but at least they pay the salary even if it's late. Worst HR department ever that they even don't know the exact manpower in the company. A management that treats labours and local workers in a disheartening way is not good. Yeah, that's enough
