Firstly the office is so small and somewhere in corner and had the worst interview experience ever. The interview was taken by the owner and he was acting as if the company is MNC, he had that know it all attitude. Half of the interview the owner was on call which shows no respect for the interviewee.

Ono Teas is the brand name of MH01. This is a tea manufacturing and marketing service company. I work here because the learning in this company helps me grow to another level. From a fresher to a professional when I interact with candidates.

Dislikes

If you want to learn more, then work pressure is always there. But if you can handle it and learn it, you will find they are not pressure, but the reason of your growth.

CHOR people who just eat away your money in name of company policy...hardly a staff of 10 people but behaviour like some MNC....the founder as well as the staff is pathetic....just waste of time and expect their staff to work for free....please dont fall in their trap....and when we fight for our rights the owner who is such a mannerless and unethical person not even manners for talking to ladies ,just will say that"Go and sue me I will not give your money"that shameless he is

A 3 year old startup based in Navi Mumbai. They just want someone to work for them for free. The founder himself takes your interview and here you can get in trap because the person is very knowledgeable so make sure you're well versed with your specialization. The only good part was interview. If you're a fresher, you can learn interview tips from the interview session. You need to have your own laptop and smartphone. Other requirements are, good typing speed in laptop/mobile and your mobile phone should have good storage space since you have to install space consuming apps also you need to make calls and internet surfing on your own expenses because their internet is mostly down and they don't care about that.

Dislikes

You can join this firm if you enjoy sales but if not, then it will be a nightmare for you. If you are looking for job which can help you in paying bills, then it's definitely not the right place. Since it's a startup don't expect anything life PF/insurance/management team. The owner himself is the HR/Hiring manager/management etc
