Working at Onion Insights has been a good experience so far. It's a busy environment, so you always have to stay on your toes and make sure you're meeting your targets. I work independently rather rather than in a team, but I really like my co-workers and have learned a lot about the business through interacting with them. I've also picked up some useful skills, like how to pitch better. The company has a good client base, is known globally, and is registered with MSPA, which shows its credibility.

onion insights provides a good platform to learn about mystery shopping and customer experience measurement. my colleagues there were very helpful and guided me when i was faced with some difficulty. the office space was nice, clean and well maintained. the chance of upskilling and learning on the job is also very high

only some of the people that I made friends off. Nothing exiting about the job.

Dislikes

the timings are bad, you have wait till night for a meeting to get done, there is no life for yourself once you join the company, for a fresher it is a good start to get experience in the field only if you are interested in it. Not a very good company to work in. And sometimes you even had to work on sunday.
