Salary receive in time.

Dislikes

Internal politics are very high. Management allows promotion to few selective candidates only. Rate of annual increment is terrible. Work culture is very bad, leg pulling happens every time by the local management. Aside to this, Cost of living in tripura is very high.

... a state of the art Power Plant having ample opportunities to learn and perform. Being a good pay master & good management , it would be lucky to work here, though being remotely located.

It is a good experience working with Otpc tripura company.

Dislikes

ONGC Tripura Power Company is a good Clint but in contractor persons working there are having some troubal in there increment and other facility.
