There is discrimination among employees, delay in salary, before joining salary decided will not be given after joining menas less salary will be given after joining.

No politics regarding job roles and promotions, No work headache, smooth and relax work culture.

Promotions and incriment not satisfactory for Non executive (Diploma) Level, salary structure vary poor compare to other industries, manual work culture in documentation, stagnant job role no growth in Non executive level, canteen facility and HR response vary poor.

Work life balance is good. Flexible work timings and good job security.

Dislikes

...hose who are at the end of career to have a peaceful and stress less retirement. But for financial growth it is not good as the increments are very less and salary compared to other companies of similar sector are offering more. To simply put it is a private company with government policies and management is also like a government employee (very very slow in decision making).

The company has excellent human resource policies. The salary structure is good and there are several other benefits.

The work environment is extremely slow. We cannot get things moving quickly and efficiently, which can be improved.

...alance & good working culture. Company's medical policy is quite good above CTC. Salary hike is ok.

Dislikes

There's a fixed time base promotion policy which do injustice for hard working employee, this policy encourage lazy working culture. Management is not that transparent in promotion policy. No particular job training provided.
