There is no any professionalism to director and organization also. no any growth. they are not release salary on time. HR department and HR head also so much worst person. and they are not release FNF also. Logo k mehant k paise lekar enka kabhi aacha nahi hoga.

Employee re-hire policy is very easy. Anybody who have left job with any reason can re-join this company.

Dislikes

...in straight shifts for 12 or more hours without any compensation or benefits. But if we work less than our shift timings then our pay is deducted by half day. Also there is no on-job training for freshers.

Onestop follows very bad and outdated culture. Old staff so non co operative and frequently blame new joinee for any reason. Learning is zero.

Oudated culture. Non cooprative team. No inter departmental cooperation. No other facility provided by company except salary which has no fix date always delay.

The work life balance here is fantastic. Management understands the importance of flexibility which is rare in the retail sector.the company has strong roots and its steadily growing in the retail industry👍😀

You dont have any KRA or SOP kind of things you have to make your own and work. Since there is no KRA & SOP you will be judge randomly during appraisal which doesn't happen proactively you have to go to the management and insist them for appraisal. There is no transparency in HR policy for employee no any off during indian festivals. Saturday is working. No update on leaves balance.
