I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Work- Life Balance is Good as it is Remote. If your only Goal is Work Life Balance & If you're the one who Nods head for everything this is the perfect place for you.

Dislikes

- This is Family run Business, Husband & Wife occupies the C-suite roles. Mostly they make the policies. If they like they keep you else they fire you. I used to avoid such companies in past, as I anticipated it turned out to be worst move. -Beware of this kind of management, No structure, With just 20 employees, founder thinks he is sitting on a throne. - No Life insurance, No PF, No Tax deductions, Not registered also, Your job is 100% at risk.
