This company have good working culture. Staff is quite friendly and ready to help you in every terms.

Dislikes

There is no proper management over here. No fixed time of coming and going from the office. People are coming when they want. You may have to work overnight when they have tight deadlines to submit any project. You have to come on Sundays also.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
