...r life over there. There was constant work and it added so much to my portfolio. Travelling in domestic or abroad was an added bonus.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance. Both seniors and juniors have same kind of work. Sudden phone calls at midnight for which you have to sacrifice your personal life. Then there are some recent joinees who have joined in senior positions and exploit the people under them. People are regularly hired and fired these days. The founders are absolutely either clueless or are a part of it. And needless to say the new work timings of 9.5 hrs is really bad.

Company will give you opportunity to work. I worked with them for a year. Initially I was praised a lot and my work was appreciated but as new people came I was cornered. There are few old employee who run the racket of politics here. when I had joined during my first weeks I was told that who to talk to and who to stay away from and being new I followed what my manager said but slowly realised that my manager was wrong. Please use your own senses. Too much politics happens here. Tips to stay away from politics. My manager is one of the oldest people here he hates the company but he himself doesn’t leave the company

Team is cordial. They offer you several types of things to do Where you can accumulate knowledge. ShabirSir is knowledgeable and is the man behind the vision. He is organisations brain.

Gurpreet suffers from mental instability yells at the team verbally assault everybody. Management should fire him.

You would get opportunities to work on new projects, but once those are on auto pilot they won’t need you anymore! Too much of office politics to deal with. No appreciation no acknowledgment.
