Company will give you opportunity to work. I worked with them for a year. Initially I was praised a lot and my work was appreciated but as new people came I was cornered. There are few old employee who run the racket of politics here. when I had joined during my first weeks I was told that who to talk to and who to stay away from and being new I followed what my manager said but slowly realised that my manager was wrong. You would get opportunities to work on new projects, but once those are on auto pilot they won’t need you anymore! Too much of office politics to deal with. No appreciation no acknowledgment.
