There were no benefits in One BCG and I can swear it.

1. Politics: people are so self centred that it has put quality of work in trouble. HR is the throne of politics. All so called SMEs are corrupt. Especially, MC. 2. Employee retention: CEO and CTO are unaware of the employee retention. 80% of company is working on the shoulders of Interns. The company has avg 1.5 years of employee retention rate. This is sums up the culture and future of the company. 3. Technologies: this company has limited clients. With limited clients comes limited but long term projects. Therefore, such projects could be non innovative or outdated tech stack wise. 4. Hire and Fire: the company is so chindi that it has fired many of it's employees or let go many gems. 5. 0 degree feedback: 360-360= 0, this is the equation of their reviews, quarterly reviews, upgrades, and assesment. 6. Growth: obsolete growth. 7. Happiness: I've been happy only when I was on the notice period. Period. I don't want any harm to org but I don't want to harm the future employees as well. Please note: all Google reviews are fake!! Because of identity issue, no one is able to speak truth. All Google reviews are fake. I've seen and observed from my eyes that HR insisting employees to write feedback n send her screenshot. Don't fall for it. YOu can connect on LinkedIn with company employees and listen yourself on their journey and employee retention rate before u join One BCG. Good luck.

The only thing i liked was the use of technology. The company had softwares to wotk to make major part of your work easy.

Dislikes

Company Culture, no job security, a very low level politics being played. Acts of body shaming and insulting behaviours from the top management and defaming an employee on notice period etc.

I had the worst experience in ONE BCG. There is nothing good about ONE BCG, I mean it. If you think there is, then please try companies also. Other companies have much more to offer.

People, management, work style, abusive language on video call and almost everything.

The organisation culture is really good. This organisation has some of the best people to work with. With endless opportunities, you have a plethora of technical skills to learn. Opinions of employees are valued and implemented.

Infrastructure of the current building and some basic amenities can be improved
