This hotel is not worth liking ,there is nothing to like about it. And if this because of management Nothing because there is no work life balance even senior level management also play politics with the lower level employee. I will say one this that is most important that there is no knowledge of senior level the people don’t know what to do and make their point by asking or playing with junior staff

It has been great to work here. The team has great culture . It has always supported me to grow. Covid19 is a tough time for all of us. Adversity calls forth the best qualities and the company has proven itself.

Only the thing is that I am not with my family and ultimately that's my decision.

The ability to work together as a team yo develop menu or meal with differences we develop and be capable to reach any goal with respect to any one .

There are some wired people that act like they don't care plus inappropriate harassment and prohibited acts from working people .disaster food non clean places and food also . Peo8 don't care about food quality and safty I mean cause I've seenmany don't care about any but their money check .

it was really great working with the one and only royal mirage , i really had a very great experience working there and the team was very supportive and very helpfull if at all i would get an another change i would really love to go back to dubai........
