Overall the company is good. Team members and colleagues are very cooperative and works is collaboration.

Dislikes

The workload in the company is high and compared to that compensation is low. We get an traveling expenses if we go at client location but still basic salary structure is low.

Likes

Encourage for new skills Development and certifications for various skills and technology. Cooperative colleague and Management level people as well. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary hike is there but sometimes it gets delayed that's the only thing otherwise everything is good.

The company is overall good in all the ascpects. The management peoples are helpful.They always get into touch with consultants directly. It's open to learn new things and it's Implementation. Thr colleagues are also very cooperative and work culture is very friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but the rate for salary hike is low.

Likes

The company is suitable for freshers as it provides an opportunity to learn, but only for 3-4 months with small pocket money. However there is zero learning and growth opportunities for other departments.

Dislikes

It is worth nothing if you have joined for different module but ended working in a different module. If you are considering to join the HR, Sales or Marketing departments, It is advised to reconsider. You not be able to learn in the HR department as it is heavily influenced by Pragati( Head HR). The sales department has limited activity hence you'll not learn anything and the marketing department is neglected due to the MD's reluctance to invest in it. Despite being in the market for a long time, the company's growth has been slower as compared to its competitors, only because of the biased higher management of 4-5 people. Timely Appraisal are not guaranteed unless you asked from the front. If you value your career growth its is not advisable to join this company for a small pocket money. because this is what you will get as a freshers. #60$
