There is nothing to be liked about this company, The leadership is filled with very toxic and unqualified people like Sachin Kumar, Divan Dave & Satish Nair. They don't know anything about marketing and which is exactly why the are not able to sell products and they expect you to sell their products without any tools and resources..

Salaries are never on time, There is always an issue with the company's bank servers on the salary day, Salary Date is 7th of every month but don't expect your salary before 13th. Management/Leadership doesn't bother about the challenges at workplace Job Security, There is nothing like job security at OmniMD, They'll fire you without any reason, explanation or notice and at the time of firing Employees they promise you full salary but they don't pay nothing, They promise you salary because you don't create any problem while leaving, so please take all your due funds at the time of leaving or else call the police. They're also doing some illegal business off the record and running scam call centre, so police can come at any time.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Beware of these scammers, liars. My salary of last two months was not paid, they asked to serve 3 months notice after my father's death. Diwan Dave hire labors and punish anyone every now and then. Diwan can fire any one without intimation without salary.

That you will be having good co working partners but the management will not allow them to help you..

They interfere a lot in your personal life's and they will decide whom do you talk whom you will spend the free time .. basically they are very narrow minded people, not a healthy work invironment at all.

The Company is open to Innovation and readily latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's locations. Mine is a US-based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employer-hire policy here
